Hey everyone! It’s hard to believe that we are almost to the end of February already! 2012 is off to a great start with more fun to come. Here are some things I’m really looking forward to in the next few weeks…
First up are two shows at the PA Garden Show of York held at the York Fairgrounds in York, PA. On Saturday, March 3 I’ll be performing at 3pm, taking a short break, then again at 4pm. I’ve got some new songs I’ve been working on and am really excited to try them out on the crowd. Aside from getting to perform myself, I’m really looking forward to the Garden Show because it makes me THINK SPRING! The Shotgun Red Variety Show episode I filmed in Nashville earlier this year is tentatively scheduled to air for the very first time on Monday, March 5 at 8:00 pm et. Woot-Woot! For those of you who aren’t familiar, Shotgun Red is a show that features artist and performers of all ages from all over the USA and Canada. From singers to jugglers to magicians to comedians, there is something for everyone! While filming the show my family and I had such a great time and met so many wonderful folks. It an was amazing experience to see “behind the scenes”. Now we can’t wait to see the finished product and hope you will tune in, too. The good news is, if you miss the first show, it is on RFD-TV again the very next day and again that following Sunday. Next up I will be singing our National Anthem at the Lehigh Valley Steelhawks vs. Reading Express Game at the Stabler Arena in Allentown on Saturday, March 17. I’m super excited about it because we LOVE arena football!!! I’m also really looking forward to seeing some great friends Chris & Leann and my awesome buddy Andy Weaver at the game. Last, but certainly not least, I have a show at Wegman’s Market Cafe in Wilkes-Barre, PA on Saturday, March 23. I’ll be doing 3 sets between 12-2 pm so please stop in for a bite and some great music. They have live music almost every weekend and have every kind of food imaginable so there is always something everyone will enjoy. I like the smaller setting where I can sit and relax while I perform…and the chinese bar is awesome!!!
